Ditching the "all or nothing" pressure

There’s one mindset mistake that will make losing inches so much harder…

It’s not a lack of confidence…

It’s not your motivation…

And it’s definitely not your willpower…

It’s having an “all or nothing” mindset.

Why?

Because when you believe that you have to be "all in" to make progress, any slip-up — no matter how small — can make you feel like you “failed”.

Then you go from giving your best effort to throwing in the towel at the first sign of imperfection.

But the truth is, progress doesn’t come from perfection!

It comes from consistently showing up, even when things don’t go exactly as planned.

Maybe you missed a workout, ate something off-plan, or didn't stick to your routine one day.

Or, maybe you only got a 15-minute walk in, or only tracked your dinner.

That's okay!

What really matters is how you respond the NEXT day.

Instead of thinking, "I messed up, I might as well quit," start thinking, "I had a slip-up, but that doesn’t erase all my progress."

In other words, I’m inviting you to shift your mindset from “all or nothing” to “always something.”

This way, you keep moving forward, even on your toughest days.

(Probably a great reminder for ALL of us going into Thanksgiving)

So, here are some questions to think about today…

What are some ways I can prioritize my health, even if I can’t be perfect every day?

How can I plan for flexibility while still staying consistent with my goals?

What small actions can I take that will still move me forward, even on busy or challenging days?

Feel free to reply if you need help with these or just want to share whatever comes to mind!
