This recipe is a great way to enjoy all that warm, cozy pumpkin spice goodness without lots of added sugar — and it has loads of protein!
Here’s the Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Recipe…
Ingredients:
● 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
● 1 med banana
● 1 scoop Mom Fuel protein powder
● 6-8 ice cubes
● 6 oz dairy-free, plain yogurt
● 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
● 1 cup of your favorite dairy-free milk
● pinch of nutmeg (optional garnish)
Directions:
In a blender, combine pumpkin, banana, Mom Fuel, ice, yogurt, spice, and milk.
Then, pulse until smooth.
If you want to reduce the thickness, just add more milk. Give it a quick taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.
Finally, pour into a glass and top with a pinch of nutmeg to enjoy!
